1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Boleiragem platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Boleiragem is a digital platform that enables the publication and organization of tournaments and sporting events, primarily related to amateur football. Our platform connects event organizers with participants interested in joining tournaments and competitions.

3. Registration and User Account

To use certain platform features, you will need to create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur in your account.

When you create an account, you will automatically receive a 7-day trial period during which you can create up to 1 event. After the trial period, you will need to purchase a plan to continue using the services.

4. Communication and Email Sending

By creating an account on Boleiragem, you agree to receive email communications related to your account and use of the platform. These communications include, but are not limited to:

• Transactional emails: Account confirmation, password recovery and other essential communications for the platform's operation.
• Event notifications: Approval, rejection or removal of events you created, reminders about upcoming events and other updates related to your events.
• Marketing communications: Information about new features, promotions, plans and platform updates (you can manage these preferences in your account settings).
• Administrative notifications: Important information about changes to the terms of service, privacy policies or other administrative matters.

You can manage your email preferences at any time through your account settings, except for essential transactional emails (such as account confirmation), which are necessary for the platform to function.

By accepting these terms, you expressly consent to receiving these email communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time, but will continue to receive essential transactional emails for your account to function.

5. Event Creation and Management

As an organizer, you can create events on the platform. All created events go through a moderation process before being published. The Boleiragem team reserves the right to approve, reject or remove events that violate these terms or do not meet our quality standards.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your events, including dates, locations, rules and other relevant information. False or misleading information may result in event removal and, in serious cases, suspension of your account.

6. Plans and Payments

Boleiragem offers different plans with varying features. Prices and characteristics of each plan are available on the platform. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as per the chosen plan.

Plans can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Boleiragem platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of Boleiragem or its content providers and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Boleiragem acts as a publishing platform and is not responsible for disputes between event organizers and participants, event cancellations or any damage or loss resulting from participation in events published on the platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
