Creating Tournaments
To create a tournament, you need to be logged in and have an active plan (or be in the trial period). Go to 'Create Tournament' in the menu or dashboard, fill in the required information (title, description, date, location, contact phone) and submit for approval. After approval by the administration, your tournament will be visible to all users.
Approval time varies, but our administrators generally review tournaments within 24 hours. You will receive an email as soon as your tournament is approved or rejected.
Yes, you can edit your tournaments at any time through your dashboard. Changes to critical fields (such as date, location or contact phone) may require a new approval before being published again.
The number of tournaments you can create depends on your plan. In the free trial, you can create 1 tournament. Basic plans allow 1 active tournament, intermediate plans allow 3, and advanced plans allow up to 10 active tournaments simultaneously.
You can add up to 6 images per tournament, including a cover image. The limit may vary depending on your plan.
Plans and Subscriptions
New users automatically receive a 7-day free trial when creating an account. During this period, you can create up to 1 tournament. After the trial, you will need to purchase a plan to continue creating tournaments.
We offer three plans: Basic (1 active tournament, 3 images), Intermediate (3 active tournaments, 6 images) and Advanced (10 active tournaments, 6 images + featured). See the plans page for more details.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Changes will be applied in the next billing cycle.
Using the Platform
Every published tournament has a WhatsApp contact button. Click the button to start a conversation directly with the organizer via WhatsApp. The phone number is also visible on the tournament page.
Yes, after creating your account, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link provided to activate your account and start using all platform features.
On the details page of any published tournament, you will find a share button. On mobile, this will open the native system sharing menu. On desktop, you can copy the link or share on social networks.
If your tournament is rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason. You can edit the tournament through your dashboard and resubmit it for approval.
Yes, as an organizer, you can delete your own tournaments at any time through the dashboard or the tournament details page.
Technical Issues
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, you can request a new confirmation email through the login page. Make sure the email address you entered is correct.
On the login page, click 'Forgot my password' and follow the instructions to reset your password via your registered email.
Make sure the images are in supported formats (JPG, PNG, WebP) and do not exceed 5MB per file. If the problem persists, try using a smaller image or contact us.
