Account and Data Deletion

1. Deleting from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from the app itself:

1. Open the Boleiragem app and sign in.

2. Tap "Profile" on the bottom menu.

3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account".

4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and personal data will be removed immediately.

2. Requesting via email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email:

In the email body, include:

• The email registered to your Boleiragem account.

• A clear confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted.

We confirm deletion within 7 business days of receiving the request.

3. Data we delete

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Name, email and password.

• Profile picture and other images you uploaded.

• User identifier and push notification token.

• Match history, attendance, ratings and personal stats.

• Group and tournament memberships (you stop appearing as a member).

• Location data and preferences.

4. Data we retain (and for how long)

Some information may be kept in anonymized form or due to legal obligations:

• Financial records: Subscription payment records are kept for up to 5 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

• Security logs: Access logs are kept for up to 6 months, as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law 12.965/2014).

• Aggregated, anonymized data: Aggregated statistics (with no personal identifiers) used in platform rankings and metrics may be kept indefinitely.
